Today I am guest posting over on my friend Julia’s blog while she is enjoying time with her new baby. She and her family just got back from Florida! Ugh! Lucky! Hopefully they brought some warm weather back with them. I made a bright and healthy (well except for the parm) salad, because I am so not a juice person. You can all have your green juices, but I will always prefer my fork and knife digging into a good crunchy salad as opposed to a straw! Not that there is anything wrong with that.
