Traditional home fries

What is a brunch staple? Every single person answers that question differently. For some it is eggs, for others it is pancakes or a nice cocktail. For me, brunch would not be brunch without some crispy hash browns or golden home fries. I need those carbs. Home fries are great for sopping up that extra runny yolk. They are also great if, let’s say, you had an amazing time the night before and are now paying the consequences. Not sayin’, but I’m just sayin’. Here is probably a dose of too much information for you all… When I had made these to my crispiness liking, I took my pictures for the blog. Then, I sat there and ate almost half the bowl using my fingers as utensils. I just kept telling myself, “Oooo that was a good bite, just one more.” These home fries are that good.
