It's Friday and we deserve a drink. Right? Let's close out the week and celebrate the last weekend in October with this Harvest Apple Mule. This past weekend my mom came to visit me here in Pittsburgh. We did what we do best, which means we spent lots of time exploring the city, visiting local shops, and biking a trail into the city. We even hit up a fall festival at a local orchard. Even though the festival was a bit of a miss (The place was packed.), there was a fabulous takeaway: these Harvest Apple Mules! Harvest Apple Mule
