It's official. Chocolate cake made with a bit of peanut butter and served with a dollop of ice cream just might be the cure for everything. Friends, this week has been a bear. A pipe in my garage froze and burst, the comparison monster reared its ugly head, and I'm working on a really great, but stressful project (more on that soon ... I hope.) And it's only Tuesday! I decided that a possible cure for this less-than-epic week was chocolate cake. And since it's A Year of the Skillet, I figured I'd make it in a skillet. Thus was
