Hello, friends! I hope each of you had a fabulous weekend. I certainly did. This was actually the first weekend that really felt like summer. On Saturday and Sunday I was able to spend some time with my family at my dad's pool. It's hard to believe tomorrow is already July 1 and that this weekend was the first day we dipped our toes in the water this season. Anyway, this week I'm wrapping up IBC's unofficial rhubarb series with a cocktail today and one more sweet treat (hopefully) tomorrow. Once I post these two recipes, it's back to projects
