Of all the herbs, mint may be my favorite and I'm honestly not sure why. While I like the taste, I'm certainly not obsessed with it. However, give me mint chocolate chip ice cream or some other sort of mint and chocolate combination and I'm all over it. I think what I like most about mint is the way it looks.
