Szechwan shrimp recipe

Looking for a new shrimp recipe? This one was a huge hit with my family. If you are looking to make it a little healthier, put it on top of some cooked quinoa. It is delicious. It only takes a few minutes to throw together, and has the most amazing flavor. Your tastebuds aren't going to know what hit them.
