Here I stand, I like fruit in sandwiches. (Consider this panini with green apples.) Not to get into sandwich classification anarchy, but quesadillas are also good with fruit, for the same principle. Red pear, caramelized onion, lots and lots of mozzarella. It’s a quesadilla with some different than usual flavorings and I am VERY into it....
