This Batchoy recipe is an Ilonggo dish is a staple dish in our home especially on Sunday. It has pork meat and pork liver, and the soup is so gingerly warm. This is best served with rice and a totally different dish from La Paz Batchoy which is another Ilonggo noodle dish.
