Seafoods sotanghon roll is one of my favorite dish served by Wai Ying. It is mixture of seafoods like prawn, fish fillet and crab stick, and bok choy, wrapped with sotanghon or vermicelli rice noodles. A soup made of crab and corn is poured over it then steamed until done.
