Purple yam cashew flatbread (piaya)

Piaya is a sweet flat bread stuffed with brown sugar. It s very popular in the Visayas region. Did you know that it is so easy to do and you can stuff it with the filling of your choice? In my case I filled it with purple yam jam or ube halaya and ground cashew.
