Salted dark chocolate chip cookies

A little twist on your classic chocolate chip cookies. Here I used some really good dark chocolate, substituted in some dark brown sugar and topped them with wild sea salt from Greece. These salted dark chocolate chip cookies and my favorite hot, right out of the oven.
