Bratwurst Dogs. Begin by heating your grill to 400 degrees. Spray with non stick grilling spray and grill bratwurst for 8 minutes. Turning often to evenly cook all sides. Place hot dog buns in a butterfly and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on the inside. Remove from grill and begin to assemble your Bratwurst Dog.
