This homemade apple cider recipe takes some time but it is so delicious and easy. The sweetness comes as a surprise from all the delicious apples and has little added sugar for the amount it makes. This is a new Holiday / cold weather tradition for us - we drank it virgin but it was also good warm or cold with a little whiskey.
